LENTEN RETREAT 2026
"Becoming Human with Jesus:
How to Live Like the Saints”
To be Christian means to follow Jesus.
Let us ask the saints how they did it and how we can follow it today.
Sr. Juliet was raised in Helena, Montana, and has lived throughout the United States. After completing a doctorate in historical theology, she entered the Society of the Sacred Heart in 2009. She lives in St. Louis, Missouri, and serves as professor of church history at the Aquinas Institute of Theology. She made her final profession as an RSCJ in January 2020. Sister Mousseau writes about medieval theology and history, and contemporary issues in religious life. At this time, she is turning her research toward the foundress of the Society of the Sacred Heart, St. Madeleine Sophie Barat. When not writing or teaching, she enjoys spending time with community and family, swimming, connecting with spiritual seekers, and creating beauty through weaving and knitting.
